It's never too early to plan for Christmas, especially as we are such a large group so we do need to book early for Christmas in order that we can be accomodated.

For Christmas Pub lunch this year we are intending to go to the Queen Victoria Public House , Coppice Row, Theydon Bois CM16 7ES.

The Lunch will be on Wednesday 2^nd December at 1pm as usual. The Pub has a large car park, and Theydon Bois is on the Central Line of the tube although lifts can be arranged for anyone who would like one.

At this time just let Nina or Christine if you want to come and whether you are happy to order from the Festive menu a copy of which is attached. The main menu is available but we have to book anyone who wants this as a seperate table although we will request that these are together or at least close together. So can you let me know a) whether you intend to come and b) which menu you will order from.

No actual orders are necessary at the moment, although it is likely this will be needed before the day but you will be told by email, provided you opt in now.

I appreciate that this is a long way off and anything could happen between now and then so whilst I will have to pay a deposit I won't hold it against you if you say you want to come now and then something happens and you can't come for some reason.
