Security at Winchester Road

To maintain security the main doors are normally closed shortly after meetings have started. If you have been delayed and you find them shut, press the bell on the column outside the door. This sounds within the building and someone will come and welcome you in. We secure the Hub door after 2.10 p.m. for security reasons.  If you need to leave the meeting early, it is very important that you exit the hall via the Registration desk only so that your name can be taken off the door list and the Hub door can be secured after you.  It is extremely important that the Wickham Road door is not used unless in an emergency and anyone waiting outside should be directed to the Hub entrance.
