A group of u3a members visited Beth Chatto's garden in Essex in March 2026. The weather was kind and we had a lovely sunny day to explore the garden which was full of life and ladybirds. I hope you enjoy some of the pictures I took to record the event. Thanks to Val and Joy for organising such a treat. We finished our day with a quick trip to Tiptreee where we able to stock up on sweet treats in the splendid shop, and view the history of the Wilkin family who have been making jam there since 1885. We even managed time for a cream tea and some of the famous preserves.
