To maintain security the main doors are normally closed shortly after meetings have started. If you have been delayed and you find them shut, press the bell on the column outside the door. This sounds within the building and someone will come and welcome you in. If you have to leave the meeting early, please let someone on the registration desk know so that they can secure the Hub door once again after you.  It is extremely important that the Wickham Road door is not used unless in an emergency and anyone waiting outside should be directed to the Hub entrance.
